A package arrived via airmail today. It was waiting on my doorstep when I got home. It was from a friend, a girl I think the world of, someone I admire and someone who makes me laugh. A girl I have never actually met.

But you know what?

She totally gets me….

Gets.Me.Books and peanut buttery candy goodness = friends for life

Uh Oh!Worst.Hiding.Place.Ever.

Want.I don't know what it is but I know I like it.

Open now!Open. NOW.

Thank you, dear friend. Totally made my day.

Tonight I'm linking up for Wordless Wednesday with Trish from My Little Drummer Boys.

Hello friends

I’m Angie!  I mum. I write. I wife. My husband would say this is the correct order.  He’s so neeeedy. I live with my family in Melbourne, Australia, where I complain about the weather for 90% of the year – but I can’t imagine living anywhere else. Except maybe in Lake Como, waving to my neighbours George and Amal each morning.

Never! But in saying that, when you share the journey of motherhood with other women, there is a bond that forms. That the interaction occurs online removes none of the power of that bond.

    I am so lucky.

Best kind of friend to have, right?

And yes, I’m thinking the kitchen table was not a secret squirrel kind of place to keep my stash!

I remember Peanut Butter Cups from the States. They’re pretty full on and sweet! Probably a good thing as I could never eat too many 😉

You are most welcome. I can’t believe the package arrived already! Or that no postal workers tampered and stole the choccies (as happened when I last sent some to my sister). Or that I actually got my arse to the post office.

I hope those rascals of yours let you eat most of the chocs in peace – after all, Bebe needs candy too. xxx
