The Little Daily: Mumma Love

Love Youse

Luca starting kinder this year was a huge milestone. Watching him learn and make new friends has been lovely to watch.

But maybe the most awesome part, for me personally, is the friendships that I have made with the other mums there.

One of the most unexpected and beautiful gifts of motherhood has been how it has brought awesome new women into my life and it has been this way since Luca was born.

I don't understand why women compete with one another when nurturing our friendships can be so meaningful. Having an extra hand to hold through the rocky road that is parenthood has been the difference between a good day and a bad one for me on many occasions.

Hello friends

I’m Angie!  I mum. I write. I wife. My husband would say this is the correct order.  He’s so neeeedy. I live with my family in Melbourne, Australia, where I complain about the weather for 90% of the year – but I can’t imagine living anywhere else. Except maybe in Lake Como, waving to my neighbours George and Amal each morning.
