The Little Daily: Target Practise

Thank you again to everyone who left comments of support here and on the Facebook page after yesterday's post. I am always overwhelmed by the collective hug I receive when I tell my truth here on the blog. It means the world to me.

The Little Daily 18.8

Today has been infinitely better.

I spent a moment tooling around with the camera, using some of Angie Baxter's techniques from her new e-book, The Art Of Interviewing Children.

I'll be doing a more in-depth post on this really soon but just thought I'd share a lovely little contemplative moment of my boy. This might look posed but is actually the result of Angie's clever tips. I chose a most inopportune moment to intervene with my camera, directly after a game of Elefun when Luca was hyped AND tired, but still, I got this little gem.

Can't wait to share more of Angie's magic with you.

Hello friends

I’m Angie!  I mum. I write. I wife. My husband would say this is the correct order.  He’s so neeeedy. I live with my family in Melbourne, Australia, where I complain about the weather for 90% of the year – but I can’t imagine living anywhere else. Except maybe in Lake Como, waving to my neighbours George and Amal each morning.

That book is magic, just a lovely photo, can’t wait to download it. Remember all those times when he would stick a bottle in his face or cover his face with his hands. At last!
