Mother's Day 2012

3 is the magic number

I love a celebration – particularly when it's all about me. Me Day, hurrah! But today was my first Mother's Day with all my children present and accounted for. Very cool.

Well, we're assuming this is the order, shipped in full. Unless there is a sneaky baby in waiting that we don't know about. Although, quite randomly, we saw a sign for a vasectomy doctor today and not only did Bren's legs not instinctively cross but his eyes lit up.

Yes, I think we are done.

Here's me and my number one girl.

Harlow's 1st Mother's Day

Oh, baby!

And just in case  you think I've forgotten my other children, behold the awesome that is my sons…

 Da boyz

Cute like a punch in the face…

I got some homemade delights including a card that said Luca loved me because I was a beautiful fairy. Yay! I totally am. We went to lunch with Bren's brother and girlfriend, had a Lebanese banquet that ended with baklava and I drank some bubbles.

Good day? Great day.

This week The Little Mumma ran a Mother's Day giveaway sponsored by Innerpower and RAW Fashion Agency.

Thank you to everyone who entered, I loved reading about your perfect Mother's Day scenarios and I hope today was something like that for all of you.

The winner was randomly drawn…

… so congratulations to…

Beck Dowd

Your entry was very bittersweet, Beck. I hope today wasn't too hard for you without your beloved mum. Please email me at thelittlemumma[at]gmail[dot]com with your postal deets so that we can get your pretty prize to you.

Thank you to everyone who entered and Happy, Happy Mother's Day.

Hello friends

I’m Angie!  I mum. I write. I wife. My husband would say this is the correct order.  He’s so neeeedy. I live with my family in Melbourne, Australia, where I complain about the weather for 90% of the year – but I can’t imagine living anywhere else. Except maybe in Lake Como, waving to my neighbours George and Amal each morning.
