I walked into LD's room and saw the above. I took a photo of it because I wanted to talk to you about how cool I think imaginative play is. I get such a kick out of listening to the crazy shit my three-year-old comes out with when he is completely immersed in his own games.
But then, after I took the photo of Buzz (wanna-be Woody?), I captured what I think is one of the best photos of Zee of all time.
In one shot, a personality summed up. Really. That is my kid. Deeply mischievious and cute as all fuck. Beautiful child. He drives me nuts.
And another, just because I adore my little 'ranga.
It's the weekend! Happy dancing over here.
I too adore the stuff that they come up with when making up their own games………….I envy my boys their imagination at times.
And yes Zee is adorablely cheeky!!!
Omg best photo ever so cheeky needs to be blown up on a canvas 🙂 ..
look out here’s trouble, written all over his face, just gorgeous.
How cute are all three of those pics….especially the ones of Zee!
Have a fab weekend with those gorgeous little peeps of yours xx
Oh, I know – a child’s imagination is a beautiful thing. I love to encourage it as much as possible – the crazier the better!
And yes, love my little Zee.
Yep! Agree! My home will be just canvases – no room for anything else!
Ooooh, yep, Bundy Nana! A total handful, that one.
Zee is such a love. He really is. His personality amuses me no end. Frustrates the living shit out of me, too, I should add. But the whole family, LD included, just laugh at him. He’s a total clown!
You, too, honey. Especially tomorrow night. JEALOUS!
Happy dances right back atcha Mama!
Ad yes- you rocked the cuteness in this one.
Love them, adore you!
XO
I licked the screen.
How cute and cheeky is Zee.
Love the Buzz shot too.
I love those photos of Zee! Totally captures his spirit. And I adore his hair colour, too. Cheeky little lad.
Thank you, lovely! xxx
Some things never change. xx
Very, Trish! Very.
Yep, that’s my kid, right there. Such a little love. I so need to ‘update’ you on all things Zee.
Hair colour is hilarious – but actually not orange like the photos show. I warmed the pics up using Picnik and obviously it has grabbed the red and gone wild. Much more strawberry blond – but undeniably still a ‘ranga!
He’s cute and very cheeky – so obviously.
We all loved Buzz on the Little People horse. That is a real winner.
Over the years, walking in to find abandoned toys arranged in various positions has brought no end of amusement. Starting with the nail polish jars stacked like blocks when LD was around 12 months old. Seriously.
Angie, I was just reading that comment of yours again on MJ’s blog, believe it or not. I knew you’d mentioned something about nail polish once before and then I remembered where I’d seen it. Of course then I got to enjoy the Faery’s princess on the leash all over again as well.
When it comes to sleeping positions and interesting toy arrangements, you guys have it covered. I don’t need to look anywhere else.
Yup. It’s true. We have odd little creatives on our hands. I do like me some odd.
And I know you do, too… xx
Ok, I have issues. Because everytime this comes up on my news feed and I see Buzz on top of the little ‘ol little people horsie – I think all brokeback mountain and I teehee.
